The best thing I have done this summer is taking my 18 month old daughter, Leighton, swimming! She is a little mermaid! She loves the water and my husband and I LOVE to watch her smile, laugh and have a great time in the water!!

I'm a follower! The best thing we did this summer was make a checklist with our 6 year old daughter of things she wanted to do. It was so wonderful to watch her face light up every time she got to put a sticker over a task she had completed. And it kept us busy swimming, playing piano, playing basketball and so much more!

My husband has always been the bread winner but while our condo was on the market back a few months ago he was laid off and decided to make a go of his freelance business. Hi, I'm already a follower. The best thing I have done this summer is try new adventures. I have been to the Godiva festival in Coventry, I have been to Yorkshire Sculpture Park in Wakefield, I have been to Sunderland Air Show and I am currently enjoying Edinburgh Fringe festival. The best thing though is to actually record all of these adventures. I have started writing my own blog and it is better than any of the adventures u have been on. :) x
